Yep that’s a Lollar bridge pickup too. Big improvements for my guitar. Not as drastically good as their single coils though. Those are stellar.
I experienced a huge difference with Ares 2.
I always had to keep bass and Midds at about 9-10 o’clock on previous firmwares on high gain.
Now I’ve got Bass on 0 and mids dimed. I’ve never been able to use mids this high before. It makes a huge difference.
I’m even using the depth control now. Before I always had to have it on zero or it was a mud fest.
